At SwitchKeys, we want to ensure your setup is perfect; if you are not completely satisfied with your electronics purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
